Satellite Group, founded in early 1990s, is a modern holding group company controlled by Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical Co.,Ltd, with the headquarter located in Nanhu, Jiaxing where the Communist Party of China was founded. Development
History

In the early 1990s

Satellite seized the booming market opportunity in the global textile center Jiangsu and Zhejiang province and broke the market monopoly to join the polymer emulsion industry by independent research.

1995

Jiaxing Satellite Chemical Co.,Ltd was founded.

2007

Zhejiang Satellite Holding Co.,Ltd. was founded and the development stategy‘mainly industrial investment, industry and capital integration’was built.

2011

Zhejiang Satellitte petrochemical Co.,Ltd controlled by Zhejiang Satellite Holding Co.,Ltd was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first domestic listed company with the whole acrylic acid industry chain and owning the first propane dehydrogenation plant with UOP Olefin Technology in China.

2013

Shanghai Ruizhe Energy Technology Co., Ltd was established in Shanghai Free Trade Zone to conduct the global trade of chemical raw materials and build the professional chemical supply chain through the acquisition and construction of liquid chemical terminal.

2015

Weixin Private Financing Service Co. Ltd was founded to build a service platform for private financing in Nanhu District to solve the financial problem of small enterprises.

2017

Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical Co., Ltd. makes use of the light raw materials to build a development strategy of green, innovative and intelligent manufacturing industry chain of new chemical materials. Satellite is building an industrial park in Lianyungang National Petrochemical Industry Base to make a layout for the coordinated development of C2 and C3 industries.
